Five stats to tell your mates from Saturday's Premier League games

After a dramatic day of Premier League football, we've picked out five top stats to tell your mates from Saturday's action.

Manchester City scored an important victory over Chelsea, while there were also wins for Tottenham, Manchester United, West Ham and Stoke.

Tottenham kicked off the action with a 4-0 thrashing of Huddersfield. Harry Kane was again the star man, scoring twice to follow up his midweek hat-trick in the Champions League.

After a barren August, those goals take Kane's tally to 13 goals in September for club and country - the most he's ever scored in a single month.

One of his rivals for the golden boot, Romelu Lukaku, was on target, too, netting late on in Manchester United's 4-0 win over Crystal Palace.

Lukaku has now scored seven times in his first seven Premier League appearances for United, matching Andy Cole's club record.

Another summer signing enjoying life at his new club is Brazilian attacker Richarlison, who has come up with a couple of vital late goals.

He scored an injury-time winner for Watford at Swansea last time out and then netted a 95th-minute equaliser to grab a point in his side's 2-2 draw at West Brom on Saturday.

Meanwhile, at Stamford Bridge, Kevin de Bruyne was on target against his former club Chelsea.

The Manchester City midfielder rocketed in a long-range strike to win the match - and it was his ninth goal from outside the box of his last 11.

One man who would love that scoring touch right now is Saido Berahino.

The Stoke City striker has now gone an incredible 31 hours and 48 minutes since he last scored a Premier League goal - and drew another blank in his team's 2-1 win over Southampton this weekend.
